I can't believe that Fetcha Chocolates turns five years old this month! It feels like just yesterday I was developing our very first product, the Classic Collection, and here I am today with a website and physical shop selling well over 30 products!
I'm incredibly grateful for all of the support and encouragement over the years that allow me to keep making chocolates for you all, all these years later!

A trip down memory lane
This birthday has me reminiscing so I thought it might be fun to take a little trip down memory lane and dig up some pictures from the early days of Fetcha...
This was one of my very first posts on social media! I spent, and still spend, a lot of time experimenting with flavour to get it just right, this was the first version of Salted Caramel. If you're a fan of Fetcha you'll know that this flavour now finds itself in a gem shell these days!
One of my first 'Meet the Maker' pictures for Fetcha. Even after five years and a LOT of press (especially for Fetcha's inclusion in the 'Everybody Wins' Oscar nominee gift bags) I still can't get used to being in the pictures myself!
It is so strange to look back at the early days in the Fetcha workshop! These pictures from my first few weeks feel like a lifetime ago! It's funny to look at these and see how much space I had - it looks a lot fuller today thanks to 5 years of growth!
