Your chocolates will be dispatched 1-4 days after ordering, using Royal Mail and we ask that if you may not be home, please ensure your "safe space" will be cool and dry enough so your chocolates are not at risk of melting or getting water damage. 

We aim to be as close to zero waste as possible here at Fetcha, so we will mail your order in repurposed boxes when we can and if there is bubble wrap, air pockets or paper padding, please know this will only be recycled from packages we receive from our suppliers.

Here at Fetcha we avoid the use of other allergens in our workshop however via our ingredients suppliers there is potential that trace amounts of allergens may be present.
