GLEN SCOTIA - SCOTLAND’S WHISKY DISTILLERY OF THE YEAR 2021

We have expertly paired each whisky with it's chocolate counterpart:

Double Cask: This copper dusted dark chocolate shell holds a rich caramel designed to marry with the caramel and vanilla notes in the Double Cask.  Orsay sea salt from Islay is then sprinkled through to give a hint of sea spray which is a standout of Glen Scotia single malts.

Victoriana: To celebrate the flavours of roasted sugar and dark chocolate present in the whisky, we created a Victoriana creme brulee in a dark chocolate shell and topped with crunchy demerara sugar 

15 year old: This small, whisky cask-shaped chocolate is filled with luxurious, smooth dark chocolate ganache infused with 15 year old single malt. 

 

Your chocolates will come with a best before date 2-3 months from purchase and will still taste great until then if stored properly. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry, dark place away from heavily scented products (we do not recommend keeping them in the fridge as this can make them sticky and can alter the taste).
